Pink Skull “GONZO'S COINTREAU” EP
“Gonzo’s Cointreau” is Pink Skull’s latest mix for the masses, an update of the four-on-the-floor sound with quirky tech house, varietal acid, and retro sounds just trashy enough to keep it freaky. It is the first single off the forthcoming full-length album Zeppelin 3 to feature Daneil Mazone, Billy Dufala of Man Man, Jeremy Gewertz of Jai-Alai Savant and An Albatross, and Boy's Life-r Jon Anderson, now of White Whale. “Gonzo’s Cointreau” will be released as a 12-inch vinyl single from Free News Projects, distributed by RVNG INTL, and as a digital-download available from iTunes, eMusic, and Rhapsody. The single features original artwork by rising art-star Matt Leines.

Master / Slave 7"
The 7” record features two lovely cuts, “Slummin” and “High Heels”, a mélange of folk, 60’s West Coast Garage pop, tied together by catchy synth leads and Matt Jones’ honest and true stories of hustling and heartbreak. Exquisitely manufactured, with an eye for details, the vinyl is Pink with a mat varnish sleeve. We look forward to more projects from this talented San Francisco based singer / songwriter.
Here is an excerpt from their myspace page "Master/Slave (Master Slash Slave) is a two piece band that drives around the country in a TOYOTA MATRIX called Keanu. There's synthesisers where the bass should be. People always say "Man, youd be great with a bass player", to which Master/Slave replies, invariably, "You'd be great if you just shut the fuck up every once in a while".
